Kate Fursdon Immigration Services Limited – Fees Scale (Fixed fee basis) 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2021.
The fee scale details our fees for all immigration services that we are registered to provide to our clients. The Fee Scale is updated annually, and is accurate from 1 January each year. The Fee Scale is published on our company’s website.
At this time, we do not undertake any Asylum related work at all.
We are clear and open about our costs. We charge on a fixed fee basis only. At the start of the matter, we will tell you what it will cost.
Please note that our organisation is VAT registered. Therefore, VAT @ 20% will be added to the fees outlined below.
Client can pay our fees into our client account preferably by BACS (electronic means), into our client account.
All payments including deposits made by a client to Kate Fursdon Immigration Services Ltd in advance of work to be done will be:
- Deposited into the client account.
- Any interest on a client account must be immediately available to the client on demand.
- On completion of the work, the organisation will invoice the client providing details of the work done, the cost and confirmation that the relevant payment will be transferred from the client account to the organisation’s office account.
- If a client withdraws their instructions, or if Kate Fursdon Immigration Services Ltd withdraws from the case, the client will be invoiced for the work completed on their case to date by Kate Fursdon Immigration Services Ltd. However, please note that should you wish to withdraw your instructions part way through your immigration case we will charge you for all work we have undertaken on your behalf at an hourly rate of £200 an hour.
- If the fee charged to the client by Kate Fursdon Immigration Services Ltd, is less than the amount held in the client account, the balance will be returned to the client.
We would strongly recommend that clients pay their own out of pocket expenses, such as Home Office and tribunal fees themselves by personal debit/credit cards, personal cheque, Bankers Draft or Postal Order.
Please note that clients must pay for their NHS surcharge by their own, or another person’s, credit/debit card. Our company cannot pay for those NHS Surcharge fees on your behalf. The credit/debit card details can be taken from you by our company in person or over the phone to pay for the NHS surcharge by prior arrangement with clients.
